One Piece Film Red – menceritakan Luffy, seorang Bajak Laut Topi Jerami yang pergi ke sebuah festival musik. Festival tersebut terletak di Pulau Musik Elegia yang menjadi lokasi konser diva terbesar di dunia bernama Uta.
Acara itu akan menjadi awal pertemuan Luffy dengan Uta. Hingga akhirnya terungkap fakta mengejutkan bahwa Uta adalah anak Shanks, sosok kepala bajak laut rambut merah yang menjadi inspirasi Luffy.
